Yes, there are many situations where one may need to get into a lease. Whether it be commercial or residential, I am here to help.
This is determined on a case by case basis, but you may be more qualified than you know. It is best to do a consultation and go from there on your specific situation to see how best we can get to this end goal for you.
Often, this will involve speaking to a loan officer ( we have this hook up as well) to be able to see the full picture of your finances to determine what is needed.
Yes, we certainly do help with new construction homes, or homes soon to be constructed. Often times realtors need to discuss issues with builders, and sometimes advocate for our clients, and this service is usually at no charge.

This is a tricky one, commissions are always negotiable. However, the standard expectation is that sellers do pay an agent an amount upon the sale of their house ( at closing). It is also understood that buyers are often using their funds for the sale and may not have much extra, so I do my best to get the sellers to cover this fee. Same for renters needing to find a place. Please reach out to me with a specific situation or concern and we can do our best to accommodate.

Our values are the foundation of everything we do. We believe in honesty, integrity, and fiduciary in all our dealings with our customers. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and delivering on our promises. Emotions run high when making large purchases, and we are here to support and navigate through stressful times.

Multiple years experience in real estate. No 2 transactions are ever the same, and we are always evolving to fit client needs and follow changes in the real estate market. Education is continuous and necessary in order to achieve a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing each one of our transactions.
Buying and selling property is an extremely tough thing to do sometimes, and there are so many intricacies and timeframes involved, not to mention loopholes, and negotiation tactics needed. Realtors are trained on how to handle all of the documents involved in the sale, and all the nuances that accompany those documents. There can be ways to go about it that are better than others, and tricky details that are otherwise unknown without the proper training. We also double as therapists to vent to throughout the process, and do our best to console, while navigating the process. We also like to prepare clients for what to expect, so there are no unwelcome surprises and expectations stay where they need to be. There is a lot that goes into it, more than most realize, until they are faced with issues. You need someone in your corner to bat for you when times get tough when on the purchasing, selling, or even leasing, roller coaster. ( And believe me, it is)
Would you go up in litigation without your own attorney on your side, when your opposition has representation? Think of real estate transactions as the same thing. It's the smart choice.
