Realtors take it from here- we coordinate showings of your property, and make sure that we only allow other agents, or ourselves to do showings, never strangers alone. Realtors are FBI checked, and go through screening processes for safety, and this + our scheduling applications where only realtors have access, ensure that your home is in good hands. 

Let's face it, everyone wants the best deal, and this is especially true for buyers. They will use their agent ( or theirselves) to attempt to haggle away to get the most out of the sale for their benefit, and knowing just what to expect on their offer, and subsequently, the contract and addendum, is crucial to protecting your best interests back. I will always do my best to get YOU the best deal out of the sale as well.

Being informed is key to any transaction, as no one wants unexpected surprises, and the timeline and process of each sale can take different turns, but it is helpful to have someone experienced to guide you through. There have been many times where I have had to go full force when battling appraisals, and lending situations gone awry. But this is what it takes to make deals work sometimes, and these things can make or break a deal
